Job Details

Overview:-

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Cloud AWS Engineer with a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipeline development, primarily using Terraform, GitLab, and AWS services. This role is critical in building, optimizing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and automation patterns that support scalable and secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, enabling automated builds, testing, and deployments.

  • Work on both existing and new IaC patterns and pipelines to support scalable and resilient infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with teams to migrate applications and services to AWS, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture and security.

  • Implement and support cloud security practices in accordance with AWS guidelines.

  • Utilize tools such as Docker, Python, Bash, and Ansible to automate tasks and resolve recurring issues.

  • Promote a DevOps culture by empowering development teams with tools and processes for self-sufficiency.

  • Analyze issues comprehensively and develop long-term solutions addressing root causes rather than symptoms.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Terraform

    • AWS (various services)

    • GitLab CI/CD Pipelines

  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automation tools.

  • Proven experience in cloud migrations, especially to AWS.

  • Familiarity with AWS security best practices and standards.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
