Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM module implementations, workflow automation, Service Catalog, and Service Portal/UI Builder. The candidate will lead development, customization, integrations, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM processes in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules:
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset Management -
Develop and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, approvals, and SLAs.

Implement automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.

Build and customize Service Portal / UI Builder pages and widgets.

Configure SLAs, notifications, escalation rules, and reports.

Perform integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

Ensure CMDB alignment and support CSDM best practices.

Optimize platform performance and follow ServiceNow best practices.

Support UAT, production deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and follow Agile/Scrum methodology.

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to documentation.
