Job Title: CAD Administrator
Location: Bingen, WA (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CAD Administrator with strong expertise in SolidWorks administration and Enterprise PDM (EPDM Vault). This role requires deep technical knowledge in managing and maintaining engineering CAD tools, infrastructure stability, license administration, and version upgrades to support a robust product development environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SolidWorks and EPDM Vault administration
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot SolidWorks software, configuration, and infrastructure issues
  • Perform installation and configuration of SolidWorks and related tools across user workstations and servers
  • Ensure optimal performance and health of SolidWorks PDM Vault, including infrastructure monitoring and reliability
  • Manage service pack upgrades, license renewals, and user/role permissions within the CAD environment
  • Maintain server health by performing upgrades, integrating new server tools, and managing data backups of engineering content
  • Oversee release cycles for SolidWorks upgrades and new version deployments
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support CAD workflows and data management best practices
