Join our high-performing Global Banking team as a Business Analyst. In this dual role, you will drive solutions to enhance and optimize working capital for financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide.
This position is located in Your future duties and responsibilities:
Identify and communicate key project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee resolution.

• Manage a diverse range of projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create detailed, high-quality project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, scope, schedules, assumptions, and dependencies.
  Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, particularly within Cash Management, Treasury, or Corporate Transaction domains in Global Banking.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of USD Cash Management flows and end-to-end project execution.
• Strong business domain knowledge in Treasury and Corporate Liquidity.
• Good understanding of Global Trade Solutions in Transactional Banking.
• Proficiency in business analysis, including the creation of formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Agile epics/stories, business process flows, and functional requirements for technology solutions.
• Proven project management skills, with experience collaborating with Business, Operations, and IT teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate remote, cross-functional, and cross-location meetings.
