What you ll do as the Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate end-to-end infrastructure hardware deployments across retail locations nationwide, supporting scope definition, inventory management, device configuration, logistics, and installation
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, field technicians, and store teams to ensure smooth execution of installations
- Maintain and update Smartsheet project trackers and templates, mapping data across systems like procurement, returns, and support logs
- Monitor Slack channels and email communications, escalating issues and responding promptly to real-time updates
- Support data verification and reporting using Excel, ensuring accuracy and integrity across multiple project workstreams
- Track and manage project issues, assign ownership, and drive resolution through clear documentation
- Distribute project updates, manage meeting agendas, and contribute to ongoing process documentation for standardization and repeatability
What you ll bring to the Project Coordinator role:
- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong Smartsheet experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organizational agility and attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and vendors
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and minimal need for supervision
- Familiarity with hardware infrastructure, including network equipment, structured cabling, POS systems, and power distribution units
- Experience coordinating nationwide rollouts or deployments, with knowledge of logistics and technician/vendor operations a plus
