Job Details
Job Title: Supervisor - LI
Duration: 3 months Contract To Hire
Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Oxford, OH
Pay range: $35-$41/hr (Depends on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a full-time supervisor so there would be a possibility to convert if the candidate is qualified otherwise the intent is to utilize the contractor until the position is filled. Estimated contract is 6 months.
Must have union experience in a manufacturing setting and timekeeping (Kronos)
Degree is not required for contract but would be required if pursued as a full-time candidate
Manages about ~25-30 employees
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor s Degree preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
