Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Help Desk Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

 

This position is a Full-Time, Contract role located 100% onsite in Birmingham, AL with potential for long-term conversion and hybrid flexibility after the initial period.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal staff and approved vendors, addressing issues related to laptops/desktops, printers, phones, VPN connectivity, and Office 365 access.
  • Assist with a large-scale enterprise system implementation by managing increased help desk volume and coordinating with the integration partner.
  • Handle frequent tasks such as password resets, system imaging, browser troubleshooting, printer network setup, and multifactor authentication support.
  • Log all tickets, resolutions, and follow-ups in the service management platform, ensuring timely updates and adherence to SLAs.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support teams while maintaining a strong focus on first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve processes and deliver an excellent end-user experience.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of IT support or Level 1/2 troubleshooting experience with common workplace technologies (laptops/desktops, printers, VPNs, Office 365).
  • Prior experience in a call center or phone-based technical support environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills—able to stay upbeat, think on your feet, and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Comfortable working fully onsite during the initial training/contract period, with flexibility for various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Bonus: exposure to enterprise system migration projects or ERP support.
