Pay Range: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour (No PTO, benefits, etc but self funded ACA-compliant healthcare plan available to opt-in to)

This position is part of the Nuclear Information Technology (NIT) organization and will play a crucial role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, energetic, and high-performing team environment at the heart of the Nuclear business unit s digital transformation. The role is pivotal in expanding Nuclear s advanced software capabilities, which are essential for enabling business partners to achieve efficiencies and cost savings across the entire Nuclear Fleet.
The successful candidate will work on the EcoSys Project, focusing on mapping the integrations of various on-prem financial and project management systems with an external vendor solution. This involves not only feeding the vendor solution but also reworking existing solutions in the same subject area.
Applicants should be self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who possess the desired qualifications and work well in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills:
- Four (4) or more years designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-scale databases
- Four (4) or more years of experience in data warehouse architecture
- Four (4) or more years in Both SQL Server and Oracle Databases
- Two (2) or more years SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
- Excellent customer service, requirements gathering, and data analysis skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and documentation skills
- Proficient in handling both real-time and batch data processing tasks
- Proficient in Advanced features of Microsoft Excel
- Power BI and SSRS
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience with PostGres and Redshift databases in AWS
- Experience using REST APIs using Glue and/or Lambdas
- AWS experience using one or more of the associated services - S3, EMR, Glue Jobs, Lambda, Aurora, CloudWatch
- Python, NodeJS
- Workflow Automation
- Experience transitioning on-premise platforms into cloud-based platforms
- Experience with Kafka/Messaging, preferably Confluent Kafka
- Experience with Event Driven Architecture
