Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about managing client relationships and creative projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication and expectations with client partners regarding creative projects.
• Intake and vet creative briefs, prioritizing them with project managers for optimal agency efficiency.
• Guide projects through the creative development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client requests and maintain critical project deadlines.
• Support client meetings with recaps, feedback, and actionable next steps.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on client management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital and print marketing or creative agency environments.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiarity with creative project management tools and methodologies.
