Data Center Site Technician

Data Center Site Technician will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the primary data center in Piscataway, NJ.

Monday to Friday - Second shift (11a-7p or 12p-8p)

Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

• Rack and stack
• Cable patching
• Hardware break/fix
• Layer 1 troubleshooting.
• Ensure tickets are updated and ultimately closed.
• Power monitoring and management.
• Manage the receiving and shipment of equipment deliveries

Qualifications

• College Degree
• 1-3 years datacenter experience
• Basic understanding of power and power systems (DC, AC, Voltage, Current, Power, PDUs,...)
• Organization skills
• Detailed oriented
• MS Excel and Word skills
• Good communication skills
