job summary:

Required Skills


Candidate should have a well-rounded knowledge of large-scale enterprise mobile device management such as Microsoft Intune as well as knowledge of the Apple and/or Android operating system. Familiarity with core Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Teams will be helpful.


Need to be able to interact with customers and provide exceptional technical services. Will interface with customers to troubleshoot and evaluate reported issues on specific devices and remediate directly on the device or from the backend infrastructure side. Need to have the ability to investigate and analyze systems logs both directly from the device and the backend infrastructure side, work with vendors to analyze and determine root cause. Need to be available to answer users' questions about application downloads, activations, and best practices. Be able to assist with the setup of new accounts & devices, stage and provide support for mobile apps for different LOB, conduct required surveys, reporting, etc.


They should be able to work as a team member with other technical teams such as Networking, GIS, Server team, etc. to analyze data, network diagrams, to determine system failure point or root cause during outages.

responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot applications automation developed using JAVA and hosted on


Linux-based servers, including web servers, application servers, and database servers


- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python & PowerShell)


- Install and configure software applications


- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues


- Perform application deployment, and disaster recovery operations


- Create and maintain system documentation


- Monitor and analyze system logs


- Work with component support teams (e.g. Data Base, Voice/Data Network and Storage) to


coordinate activities to remeidate issues


- Work within the Bank's ticketing system (currently Remedy) for entering, updating, and


closing incident tickets


- Escalate to appropriate teams and vendors


- Perform various housekeeping functions on room systems/ infrastructure (e.g. daily health


checks), Splunk monitoring, email monitoring for new issues, etc.


- Serve in an "On call" rotation.


- Communication to leadership




qualifications:

Degrees/Certifications in any/all of the following (Optional):


Linux Certifications as appropriate


Java


SQL


Python


PowerShell


EDUCATION


Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) or similar, including experience.
