Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reliability modeling using ReliaSoft tools (RCM++, Weibull++, BlockSim).
- Lead FRACAS Event Review Boards (FERBs) and failure investigations.
- Assess Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) metrics:
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
- MTTF (Mean Time to Failure)
- MTBCF (Mean Time Between Critical Failure)
- Ao (Operational Availability)
- Do (Operational Dependability)
- Conduct Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Continuously develop and improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree and 14+ years of related experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily engineering tasks.
- Strong background in reliability engineering methods (e.g., Weibull analysis, reliability growth, block diagrams).
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work with GBRs, PARCS, PAVE PAWS, or UEWR radar systems.
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) credential.
