Key Responsibilities:
    • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders (sales, finance, IT).
    • Process Analysis: Map and analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and model future states.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends, support decisions, and create reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Solution Design: Define configuration specifications, develop business cases, and recommend software/automation solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and deployment, ensuring solutions meet business needs. 
 
Essential Skills:
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Critical thinking to break down complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Technical: Familiarity with data analysis tools, data management systems, and process modeling.
  • Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and collaboration skills. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications (like CBAP or PMP) are often a plus.
