Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders (sales, finance, IT).
- Process Analysis: Map and analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and model future states.
- Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify trends, support decisions, and create reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Solution Design: Define configuration specifications, develop business cases, and recommend software/automation solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and deployment, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:
