Description

Robert Half is searching for an IT Support Engineer who can support a local non-profit based in Spokane Valley, WA. This IT Support Engineer will be responsible for addressing priority technical tickets and addressing Microsoft 365 related problem issues. This position is a 2-3 month contract with potential to extend that is Hybrid, 4 days a week onsite in Spokane Valley.

Job Details:

Duration: 2-3 month project with potential to extend

Location: Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite Spokane Valley, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Core business Hours (40 hours per week)

Pay: $25-28/hourly

Job Responsibilities:
  • Triage, resolution and escalation of operations issues.
  • Participates and contributes to project implementations under the direction of the Technical Lead Manager.
  • On-site support of in-house systems and network infrastructure in collaboration with Technical Lead Manager, Technology Coordinator and MSP.
  • Manages and maintains M365 & Entra ID hybrid environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Azure applications and services including Intune).
  • Contributes to internal and staff documentation.
  • Collaborates with IT Onboarding Specialist resolving L2-L3 issues.
  • Collaborates with IT Onboarding Specialist, as backup, dispatching tickets to our team and escalating tickets to MSP.
  • Creates, maintains and supports a safe and welcoming environment for people of color, disabled, trans and gender non-conforming staff, and other historically excluded populations.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support Technician or related role.
  • Experienced in Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, supporting account issues and troubled tickets.
  • Experienced in Windows and IOS machine troubleshooting.
  • Familiar triaging, resolving and escalating technical issues, discovering priority alongside an MSP.
