Description:
Location: Urbandale, IA
Duration: 1+ Year
Key Responsibilities.
- Design and deliver user interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets for digital products.
- Develop website maps, application models, and templates aligned with user needs and industry standards.
- Apply branding and design system guidelines across digital experiences.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis to enhance site functionality.
- Translate analytics and user data into actionable design insights.
- Support customer experience initiatives, including usability testing and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Maintain style guides and documentation for consistent delivery across platforms.
Required:
- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience, including mobile and complex interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and rapid prototyping.
- Strong understanding of holistic design thinking and user-centric principles.
- Ability to manage multiple design topics and aesthetics.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience incorporating branding and design system components into product experiences.
Preferred:
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI layouts and clickable prototypes.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with accessibility design standards.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.
- Evidence of continuous learning and UX certifications.
