Print Support Specialist I
Racine, WI (onsite)
Overview:
Responsible for daily support of site-specific network and workstation printers. Responds to customer requests for technical support and training with a focus on customer service. Documents all service calls and requests, escalating serious issues as necessary. Ensures service level agreements are met. May handle procurement of printer hardware and management of on-site parts/consumables inventory.
Responsibilities:

Provide daily support of network and workstation printers, including clearing paper jams and light first responder duties.

Respond promptly to customer support requests, resolving issues or escalating to technicians as needed.

Keep customers updated on problem resolution progress and provide detailed remote troubleshooting instructions.

Deliver toner and supplies using a flat cart or dolly.

Manage on-site hardware, consumables, and hot swap printer inventory.

Document and report all fleet meter reads and maintain printer fleet tools/databases.

Provide regular updates on fleet status and performance to Printer Fleet Manager or Integrated Account Manager.

Travel between hospital campuses and off-site clinics, using personal vehicle as required.

Perform printer assessments after training.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.

IT Help Desk support experience with application and hardware support.

Technical training and certifications, preferably HP certifications.

Excellent customer service and good project management skills.

Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers and company products.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, lift/carry objects up to 20 lbs.

Moderate dexterity with basic tools, calculator, and keyboard use.

Comfortable driving between locations.

Dress code: professional pants, shirts or polos (including Ricoh-branded polos), and comfortable shoes.
