Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Architect to lead the technical design and architecture of a validated Complaints Management System upgrade for a Fortune 100 medical device company. This role is critical in ensuring the system meets enterprise standards, regulatory compliance, and business needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise architecture, validated systems, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and TrackWise Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and integration strategy for the upgraded complaints management system.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GxP requirements for validated systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, IT, and external vendors.
Define and document system architecture, data flows, and integration points.
Provide technical leadership during system design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
Support risk assessments, validation planning, and audit readiness.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the solution.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $86.00 - $100.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
