Job Details
Over 10 Years of IT Experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in network operations or engineering, with at least 1 year working with Azure VWAN.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Palo Alto firewalls in Azure, including policy configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with Azure VWAN.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking services: VNets, VWAN, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, Private Link, etc.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
- Experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
- Solid grasp of network security principles, segmentation, and compliance requirements.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI) for automation and operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises network integration.
- Familiarity with other third-party firewalls (e.g., Check Point, Fortinet) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration for network automation.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools.
