Role: Sr QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and/or API applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Lead test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analyze requirements and identify gaps or ambiguities early in the development process.
- Drive the QA process improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
- Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Monitor quality metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ Years in Database Testing & SQL (Oracle & SQL Server)
- 5+ Years in Test Automation (selenium)
- Test Tools (Jira, HP Quality Center, IBM Test Manager, HP LoadRunner/QTP)
- years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Solid understanding of APIs and experience with tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
