Entry level to Junior level level role.

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cell Therapy Specialist to join our cell therapy team.

This is an entry-to-junior level role, ideal for candidates with a background in biology, biotechnology, or related life sciences who are eager to gain hands-on experience in cell processing, manufacturing, and quality operations within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cell culture, processing, and expansion following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support manufacturing and production activities, including aseptic techniques in cleanroom environments.
• Handle sample collection, preparation, labeling, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment (e.g., biosafety cabinets, incubators, centrifuges).
• Document all activities in compliance with cGMP, GLP, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior specialists and scientists to support clinical and commercial cell therapy programs.
• Assist in inventory management, including preparation of reagents, media, and consumables.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of cell biology, aseptic techniques, or tissue culture.
• Hands-on experience in a lab setting (academic or internship experience accepted).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have:: Familiarity with GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.
