Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Coordinator to support large-scale application initiatives within a mature Agile environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic professional who thrives in complex enterprise settings and is looking to grow into a Project Manager role over time. You'll work closely with senior PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business-critical projects.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate enterprise application projects across business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain
- Operate within a structured Agile PMO, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and manage meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and communication plans
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Support risk identification, issue tracking, and continuous improvement efforts across the PMO
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience as a Project Coordinator within a PMO at a Fortune 1000+ organization, focused on application development and business systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise IT environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated leadership in driving coordination across diverse teams
- Clear ambition and readiness to transition into a Project Manager role within 1-3 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior PMs and contributing to strategic planning
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and enterprise PMO practices
- Exposure to change management and governance frameworks
