QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally within Procure to Pay and finance technology.
- Proven expertise in Coupa platform implementation and integration (APIs, ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like MS DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to align business processes with technical solutions.
- Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with executive-level presentations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Duties & Functions
- Serve as the primary product owner for the Coupa platform, focusing on Procurement, Invoicing, Expense, and Supplier Management modules.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and technology strategy.
- Lead and manage complex product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and launch new solutions, utilizing agile methodologies and tools such as MS DevOps.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into actionable development plans.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to drive product enhancements and optimize user experience.
- Oversee product configurations, testing, upgrades, and cross-system integrations, ensuring seamless operation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Operations, HR, Procurement, IT, and Security, to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality services.
