Oracle Cloud Project Costing Functional Lead
Location: Remote with up to 50% travel (client sites across US)
Duration: 8-12 month contract
Softworld is currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Project Costing Functional Lead to join our clients dynamic team on a remote basis with frequent travel to client sites across the United States.
Position Overview:
As an Oracle Cloud Project Costing Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Oracle Project Costing on the functional side, with at least 2-3 full life cycle cloud implementations. You should possess a minimum of 10 years of total Oracle Functional experience, with a focus on Projects (costing, billing, or accounting), along with proven leadership experience in configuring these modules and leading workshops (CRP). Additionally, a strong background in Core Financials is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Project Costing and Project Billing implementations.
Conduct workshops (CRP) to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide expertise in Core Financials and ensure seamless integration with Project Costing and Billing modules.
Assess and evaluate multiple manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, and MES) across various global sites, recommending solutions to consolidate to a single ERP system.
Utilize working knowledge of various Manufacturing ERP Systems, with proficiency in JD Edwards, Infor BAAN, and Oracle Cloud (nice to have).
Identify problem areas within manufacturing floor and operations processes, recommending improvements and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills:
Experience assessing and evaluating multiple manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, and MES) across multiple global sites, and recommending solutions to consolidate to 1 ERP system.
Working knowledge of various Manufacturing ERP Systems, with expertise in JD Edwards and Infor BAAN required, Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.
Ability to identify problem areas within manufacturing floor and operations processes, and recommend improvements and best practices.
Desired Skills:
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) around Project Costing/Billing in a cloud environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Costing/Project Billing.
Strong conceptual knowledge in P2P, R2R, O2C, and A2R Cycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites across the United States.
