Job Description:
This role provides frontline helpdesk Field technical support, handling inbound service requests for PC, Apple, and infrastructure issues. The candidate should have strong field support experience, basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS), and be open to learning IDF environments. Responsibilities include supporting workstations, printers, and peripherals, managing and documenting tickets promptly, troubleshooting technical issues, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. The role involves clinic visits within a 30-mile radius, requiring excellent time management and multitasking skills.
