About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CPQ Program Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud implementations. This role will lead complex, large-scale CPQ transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation programs.
  • Define governance, track milestones, and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Oversee technical design, integrations, and data migration with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
  • Drive program reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead change management and ensure user adoption and training.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in program/project management.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations.
  • Strong technical background in solution architecture and system integration.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level, multi-country rollouts.
  • Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methodologies; PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS ecosystem (ERP, SCM, CX, CRM).
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash, pricing, and quoting processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM integrations.
  • Prior consulting background with Oracle partners/SIs.
