Job Details
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HVACR controls system design, component integration, or related engineering roles.
- Must have experience with manufacturing/assembly processes including end of line testing.
- Experience with product and component level FMEAs.
- Experience with industry standards: UL60335, NEC, IECC, Title 24, ASHRAE 90.1, AHRI 210/240, 340/360 and 1340.
- Indepth knowledge of communication networks and protocols including Modbus, BACnet, KNX, Wifi, Bluetooth
- Possess strong skills related to electrical assembly, problem solving, engineering change processes, documentation control, manufacturing implementation support, and service support.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts.
- Possess working knowledge of control board design and software development.
- Ability to work with other engineering resources for rapid deployment of deviations, changes, product enhancements and improvements.
- Must have a positive (can do) attitude, with strong followthrough skills.
- Ability to work and think with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced ever changing environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Must possess superior organizational skills.
