Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4 years of progressive IT experience
  • 2+ years of involvement in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders, large scale systems, and interdependencies
  • Previously managed infrastructure from design through maintenance, ensuring all changes are properly assessed, approved, and documented.
  • Strong background in IT Operations, demonstrating CI initiatives, smooth business operations and advanced user support
  • Lead change audits, identifying areas for improvement, minimized unplanned downtime, mitigate risks, and training teams on change management best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust processes, facilitate collaboration, and conduct thorough change audits to ensure compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving operational and security control gaps, managing performance metrics, and developing strategic action plans and roadmaps based on comprehensive assessments and risk prioritization.
  • Foster a culture of change management best practices by developing and delivering engaging training programs, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and compliance.
  • Spearhead key IT initiatives as a project lead, overseeing project communications, tracking project statuses, and providing timely and accurate management reports to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Stay at the forefront of change management practices by actively engaging in professional development activities, such as attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking with industry peers, and participating in professional societies to bring innovative strategies and solutions to the organization.
