Job Details
A financial firm is looking for a Java Developer to join their team in Jersey City, NJ.
Compensation: $120-$140K
Qualifications:
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with 5-8 years of experience in design, applications development, production support of modern web applications using Rest API, and J2EE/JAVA Architecture
- Experience in Spring Framework such as Spring MVC, IOC, AOP and Spring JDBC
- Experience in designing front end interfaces using HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ReactJS
- Unit and integration testing using Junit and Mockito
- Familiar with DevOps tools and experience in CI/CD software
- Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka
- Experience leveraging open-source technologies and developing with service-oriented architecture
- Experience in database systems like SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Financial experience in front office technologies and processes
