Job Details

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect ACGR Developer to lead the technical design and implementation of Amazon Connect Global Resiliency (ACGR) across our enterprise contact center platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Amazon Connect architecture and its integration with AWS services, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, resiliency, and security.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing optimization of global contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation:
    Execute the technical design, configuration, and deployment of Amazon Connect within enterprise-scale cloud transformations.

  • Global Resiliency & Disaster Recovery:
    Develop and maintain technical DR playbooks for service outages or degradation scenarios.
    Plan and conduct mock failover exercises to test resiliency readiness and recovery processes.

  • Load Testing & Dual-Region Validation:
    Perform load testing and failover validation of ACGR configurations across multi-region deployments to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Service Quota Management:
    Monitor and ensure that service quotas for chat and digital channels are properly configured and scaled.

  • Monitoring & Automation:
    Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and others to enable proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design resilient and secure Amazon Connect solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Amazon Connect solutions in enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Connect architecture, routing profiles, contact flows, and telephony configurations

  • Experience with AWS Global Resiliency (ACGR) setup and best practices

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, S3

  • Proven ability to write disaster recovery playbooks and execute failover testing

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
