Job Description

ECS is seeking an Operations Services Coordinator to work in our Lakeland, FL office.

The incumbent will directly interface with the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Division (UASD) staff for coordination relating to NOAA UAS operations, document management (generating/routing memos, correspondence, etc.), responding to metrics and/or data calls, drafting monthly UAS activity reports, creating PowerPoint presentations, and participation/key involvement in UAS meetings, working groups, and conferences. The incumbent will provide UAS project review management to include federal airspace vetting, task tracking and oversight, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical writing, records management, audio/visual design capabilities, and high attention to detail. Travel is not currently planned for this position, but opportunities will be available for on-the-job training and/or experience building.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in science, engineering, or administration is preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with NOAA or DoD similar projects, missions, etc.
  • Experience developing business workflows, processes, and policy
  • Strong logistics and operational experience preferred
  • Experience with Smart Sheets collaboration software
