T h e Toyo t a F i n a n ci al Serv ic es Technology Operations Center i s l ook i n g for a p ass i o n at e a n d h ig h l y m o t i v at ed Customer Services Engineer .

Reporting to the Manager of TOC Engineering, the individual in this role will play a pivotal role in the governance, maintenance, and enhancement of support for our Customer Services. The Customer Services Engineer will work with various teams and individuals to ensure effective delivery service and support. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate closely with the Major Incident Management team to address and resolve production environmental issues

What y o u ' ll be d o ing

  • Manage SRM solutions within Salesforce to improve supplier collaboration and visibility.
  • Maintain CEP solutions in Salesforce to elevate customer interactions and experiences.
  • Manage STRATUS for Salesforce to streamline CRM and sales processes.
  • Promptly address and resolve technical issues to maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of Salesforce applications
  • Continuously monitor and implement the latest Salesforce features and best practices to improve system performance and user activity, while identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with the Major Incident Management team to address and resolve critical issues in the production environment.
  • Participate in incident response activities, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
  • Monitor the performance and health of Salesforce resources using tools such as CloudWatch and Dynatrace.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, incident resolutions, and cloud configurations.
  • Collaborate on designing scalable architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting application issues
  • Monitor system health, perform regular maintenance, and respond to incidents


What y o u bring

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Ability to efficiently develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SOQL queries for accurate data retrieval and reporting.
  • Expertise in automating deployments, managing CI/CD pipelines, overseeing release management, and optimizing DevOps performance using Copado.
  • Understanding of network architecture and protocols within cloud environments.
  • Understanding of ITSM processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Added bonus if you have

  • ITIL Foundation framework.
  • Copado Certified DevOps Professional.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
  • Experience with Copado for DevOps, including deployment automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and release management.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce solutions.
