CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

6.1. SERVICE TASKS:

Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

6.1.1. Monitor and optimize the performance of existing Data Exchange Interfaces, including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or any other HIV/AIDS data systems daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.2. Develop and submit new Data Exchange Interfaces utilizing SSIS, File Mover, or other available tools daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.3. Document and submit modifications and additions to integration processes, system technical objects and system processes and store in a documentation repository daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.4. Develop and submit database objects in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) in support of programming changes daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.5. Develop and submit Ad-hoc reports and queries on MSSQL databases daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.6. Process release tickets to manage user requirements and defect tickets to correct system errors within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request.

6.1.7. Facilitate collecting system requirements with the Department's Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) staff daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.8. Deliver code to perform system functions as defined in use requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.9. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements daily as assigned by the Department. 6.1.10. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the DCHP staff daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.11. Produce and submit work estimates to implement user-defined requirements and system changes daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.12. Produce and submit status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.13. Coordinate with the Department's Information Technology staff to ensure processes are followed and in compliance with Department standards daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.14. Correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities deliverables, and status daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.15. Collaborate with the DCHP information technology teams; design, develop, and code based on business requirements for the DCHP Master Person Index project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration and interoperability of its systems and software daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.16. Work with DCHP resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.17. Assist with COVID-19 related activities. Contractor will be available to provide support off hours, holidays, and weekends as needed by the Department.

6.1.18. DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.

6.2. DELIVERABLES:

Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified:

6.2.1. Monthly: Perform Data Warehouse Analyst services in the time and manner specified in Task 6.1.1-6.1.17.

CONTRACTOR TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT:

The Contractor will not be reimbursed for any travel expenses under this agreement.
