Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team in Addison, Illinois, for a long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of robust, scalable software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. This position requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
Build and optimize front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Implement and manage database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server to ensure data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Utilize Git for version control and adhere to best practices in source code management.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring software operates efficiently and reliably.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold coding standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve development processes.
Contribute to system enhancements and support ongoing maintenance efforts.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development using the Microsoft technology stack.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 6+, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong front-end development skills, including expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with Git and version control best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
