Pay Range: $150k - $175k/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate finance optimization efforts to enhance financial planning effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Own and drive Operations' planning processes including monthly outlooks, Risks & Opportunities, quarterly rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
  • Serve as the liaison between Operations team and finance functions to manage the month end, quarter end and year end calendar and processes.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting that is succinct, consistent & insightful, providing leaders with the insights they need to drive financial results.
  • Own, lead and manage finance initiatives / projects end to end, working cross-functionally with various business partners in procurement, accounting, and finance teams.
  • Coach customers through the process of product adoption.
  • Advise and assist with data migration from legacy Accounting solution to Accounting Seed
  • Demonstrate features and functionality to new users.
  • Provide support through online case management and online meetings to answer user s questions and solve problems.
  • Advise on best practices in using the product.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager team to assist customers adapt Accounting Seed to their evolving business needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the product development, marketing, and technical writing teams.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge in General Accepted Accounting Principles, and experience in month-end close activities such as AP/AR reconciliation, journal entries and reporting.
  • Strong customer relationship, organizational, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
