Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Teamcenter Developer to lead the design, customization, and implementation of complex PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and functional expertise across Teamcenter architecture, modules, and integrations, with a strong focus on Product Configurator, Classification, and Manufacturing Process Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on Teamcenter Unified Architecture (v13 and above)
- Perform configuration and customization of Teamcenter modules including:
- My Teamcenter, Product Configurator, Manufacturing Process Planner, Workflows, Structure Manager, Change Manager, Classification, Report Builder, Query Builder, Access Manager
- Develop custom modules and enhancements using:
- C/C++, Perl, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, BMIDE, ITK, SOA services
- Implement and manage client-side customizations and Active Workspace (AWC)
- Configure and customize:
- BMIDE, Dispatcher, T4ST, Classification modules
- Integrate Teamcenter with:
- CAD tools (NX, SWIM, IPEM)
- ERP systems and third-party web applications
- Downstream manufacturing systems (TcMfg)
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing highly customized environments
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to interpret requirements and deliver scalable PLM solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter development and implementation
- Expert in Product Configurator, Classification, and Structure Management
- Proficient in Teamcenter v13 and above, including Active Workspace
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules and workflows
- Strong development skills in C/C++, Perl, JavaScript, HTML, SOA, JSON
- Experience with BMIDE, Dispatcher, and client/server-side customization
- Familiarity with MSSQL Server
- Experience in integrating CAD tools (NX, SWIM, IPEM) and manufacturing applications
- Ability to analyze, understand, and enhance complex existing codebases
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Teamcenter Manufacturing (TcMfg) integration
- Background in web methods and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong understanding of PLM business processes
