Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering Elicit analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
  • Process Improvement Analyze current processes identify gaps and design futurestate solutions within Salesforce.
  • Solution Design Translate requirements into user stories process flows data models and technical specs often configuring declarative features like workflows flows objects and fields.
  • Project Management Manage the product roadmap backlog refinement and scope for Salesforce projects working with AgileScrum.
  • Stakeholder Communication Serve as a liaison between business users Sales Service Marketing and developersadmins presenting solutions and progress.
  • Testing Deployment Support User Acceptance Testing UAT UAT and ensure business readiness for new releases.
  • Data Reporting Analyze data to provide insights build reports and manage data integrity.
