Job Details

Title: BA with Transfer Agency

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

  • Lead projects focused on US government and private bond issuance, as well as fixed-income accounting platform implementations and migrations.
  • Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process flows.
  • Apply a deep understanding of the full bond lifecycle, from issuance and settlement to corporate actions and maturity.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of bond accounting principles, including premium/discount amortization and accruals.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with US financial regulations, including SEC, MSRB, and IRS reporting.
  • Support critical project phases, including data mapping, reconciliation, UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Utilize experience with fixed-income systems (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, Murex, Broadridge) and data tools like SQL.
  • Apply robust analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Drive agile delivery for financial services transformation projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
