Power Platform Developer

Must: MS Power Platform (Power automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio)

Responsibilities:

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Ability to think strategically and align solutions with business goals.

Power Platform Proficiency:

Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).

Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge:

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel) and their integration with Power Platform.

Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management, for extending Power Platform capabilities.

Development Skills:

Proficiency in low-code/no-code development using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Experience with custom development using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET for extending Power Platform functionality.

Ability to create and manage custom connectors and APIs.

Data Management:

Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration with external data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Dynamics 365, REST APIs).

Stakeholder Engagement:

Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong communication skills to present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Team Collaboration:

Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members on Power Platform best practices.
