Principal Data Analyst Advanced Analytics & Strategy

Client s Enterprise Data program is seeking an experienced Principal Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across our organization. In this role, you'll lead complex analytical projects, develop advanced data models, and provide strategic insights that support our mission of delivering clean, renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
1.Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data analytics solutions
2.Develop predictive models and advanced statistical analyses to optimize business operations
3.Transform complex datasets into actionable business intelligence
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
5.Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analytics
6.Create compelling visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Masters preferred
-7+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior analytical role
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
