Location: Plano, Texas (onsite)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to lead the development and launch of connected vehicle products. This role will serve as the key bridge between regional stakeholders, development teams, and global product leadership to ensure successful delivery against program milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the connected product development lifecycle to meet vehicle and program milestones.
  • Translate North American, AU, and EU regional requirements into functional specifications; ensure alignment with global product strategy.
  • Act as the primary interface with the Client Product team to align priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, privacy, security, evaluation, and app/server teams to ensure product readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with vertical teams (e.g., DCM, MM) to support integration, market readiness, and resolution of in-market customer issues.
  • Lead and support launch readiness activities, ensuring smooth product introduction into market.
  • Facilitate and contribute to weekly status meetings, providing updates and clear reporting to leadership, TMC, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product leadership role within a technical or automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of connected vehicle technologies, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional, and multi-regional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
