Aloha!
One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Third-Party Risk Analyst to join their team. This candidate will be primarily supporting their Enterprise Third-party Risk Management (ETRM) program. Under the direction of management he/she will help implement, develop, support, and enhance third-party risk management processes and tools used to manage the program and report to upper management and committees. Additionally, this candidate will assist business units in understanding and complying with established program requirements.
Essential Position Accountabilities
1. Program Support (40%).
Provides guidance to business units regarding the program policy, standards, and procedures.
Reviews business unit assessments, provides feedback, and collaborates with business units to provide an accurate assessment.
Assists in the creation and delivery of timely and appropriate reports, summaries, and analytics to management.
Provides training materials and assists with training of business units on program procedures and tools.
2. System Support (30%)
Assists with development, enhancement, and maintenance of system.
Assists with technical support to business units, including troubleshooting system and program-related issues, tracking system issues, and prompt remediation of user inquiries and support tickets.
Helps manage access and privileges for users in the system.
3. Project Support (20%)
Assists with documenting current business processes and makes recommendations for improving quality and/or increasing efficiency within the program.
Supports program initiatives and enhancements to help improve program processes and tools.
4. Other Responsibilities (10%)
Assists management with compliance, audit, regulatory, and reporting functions.

Position is remote but candidate must be able to work HST
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
