Job Details

Job Title: Gen AI Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and document AI-driven software solutions.

  • Build and fine-tune Generative/Agentic AI models (LangChain, Google ADK, Azure OpenAI).

  • Integrate Google AI SDK and vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.

  • Develop data pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

  • Implement anomaly detection, reporting dashboards, and AI assistants.

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI systems.

  • Collaborate with SMEs to align solutions with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

Technology Skills

  • AI & ML: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, Azure OpenAI, Arize Phoenix, TensorFlow, PyTorch

  • Data Engineering: RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector DBs, unstructured data analytics

  • Cloud & Infra: Google Cloud Platform, OnPrem, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift

  • DevOps: CI/CD (Jenkins, Harness), Airflow, Autosys

  • Languages & Tools: Python, SQL, PySpark, BigQuery
