Role: Ecom Support SFCC Lead
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Onsite Day 1 No compromise)
Duration: Long-term
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) support & enhancements.
Work on SiteGenesis/SFRA storefronts and headless commerce via OCAPI/SCAPI.
Manage 3rd-party integrations (Payment Gateways, CMS, Loyalty, Search).
Oversee L3 production support, scaling & performance tuning for peak sales.
Collaborate with offshore teams (partial IST overlap).
Required Skills:
7 10 yrs SFCC, with 5+ yrs hands-on.
Strong eCommerce/Retail knowledge.
API technologies (REST, JSON, GraphQL, XML, Swagger).
Knowledge of agile practices, Git/Bitbucket, TDD.
Excellent communication & client-facing skills.
Experience with Datadog, NewRelic, Ampliance CMS.
Data modeling & performance optimization expertise.
