We're hiring Level 1/2 IT Support Technicians for a short-term project focused on Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades. This role is part of a fast-paced MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment, supporting a wide range of clients with varied hardware and software setups.


Project Duties:



  • Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades across multiple client environments

  • Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues involving OS, drivers, networking, or hardware compatibility

  • Work with ticketing systems to track and document support tasks

  • Navigate different client-specific configurations, software platforms, and domain structures

  • Escalate issues as needed while keeping end users informed


Requirements:



  • 1-2 years of IT support experience in desktop support, help desk, or field services

  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS upgrades and system imaging

  • Ability to adapt quickly across varied environments (hardware, software, tools)

  • Familiarity with tools like SCCM, Autopilot, or PowerShell a plus

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

  • Comfortable working onsite in a structured, team-oriented MSP setting
