Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support our client s marketing team in Minnetonka, MN.

Contract: 4 Months, W2
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55343 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $45-55/hr W2 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution (50%)

  • Implement and deploy marketing assets using proprietary tools to target prospective members during the open enrollment period.

Pre-Member Webinar Support (30%)

  • Partner with the Webinar team to coordinate and conduct pre-member webinars for designated employee groups during open enrollment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting (5%)

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to optimize enrollment outcomes.

What You Bring:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Braze, Brite).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with open enrollment or benefits-related marketing.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance optimization.
