We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team focused on customer journey analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, with a strong background in experimental design and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support test strategy and execution through analytics and data storytelling
- Work with stakeholders to design A/B tests, calculate sample sizes, and estimate time to statistical significance
- Analyze test results and create compelling, clear PowerPoint presentations for business stakeholders
- Leverage Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to derive insights on customer behavior and campaign performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Customer Journey Analytics
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics
- Expertise in A/B testing, including calculating sample sizes and time to significance
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate findings
- Background as a Senior Test Analyst or Senior Data Analyst
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Target or other testing platforms
Understanding of experimentation tools and statistical methods related to A/B and multivariate testing
Compensation:
