What You'll Do:

• Manage all IT systems, infrastructure, hardware (Dell), and software across the organization
• Provide day-to-day support to internal users, including desktops, mobile devices, and remote access tools
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise platforms including NetSuite and Gensuite
• Oversee network configurations, backups, cybersecurity, and compliance documentation
• Plan and implement software updates, hardware upgrades, and technology initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT with business goals and support ongoing growth
• Coordinate with external vendors and provide user training where needed
• Maintain systems documentation and hardware/software inventory

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, including network/systems administration
• Strong background in Windows environments and Dell hardware
• Comfortable handling everything from high-level strategy to hands-on support
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented-willing to jump in wherever needed
• Experience supporting compliance, risk management, or power/energy systems a plus
• Familiarity with NetSuite orGensuite a plus
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and backup/recovery solutions
