Trident Consulting is seeking a " Customer Support - II" for one of our clients in " Remote". A global leader in business and technology services.
Role: Customer Support - II

Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live healthcare delivery operations and proactively resolve issues in real-time.
- Provide outbound support to Dashers and merchants (primarily hospitals and labs) to ensure smooth order completion.
- Respond promptly to Slack alerts, emails, and operational communications.
- Troubleshoot delivery challenges with creativity and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive healthcare delivery information.
- Participate in live assessments and training to continuously improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage for operations seven days a week.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and use multiple software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey clear, concise, and professional messages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter approach.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, analytical, or project coordination roles preferred.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
