Systems Engineer

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Systems Engineer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully onsite in Birmingham four days per week.

Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy RTLS hardware and software components ensuring successful system implementation.

Involved in the design, implementation, and support of our client s physical product.

Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the Product Manager to address customer inquiries, issues, and system maintenance.

Assist the Sales team through presales activities, offering technical assistance with system design and estimation.

Work closely with functional team members to provide technical expertise and ensure the successful integration of RTLS technologies into new products.

Collaborate internally to analyze market trends, user behavior, and customer feedback to utilizing data analysis to guide system optimization.

Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of RTLS systems based on market insights.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support to contribute to product success.

Travel up to 20% of the year, including nationwide travel.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related preferred.

3 years professional experience including exposure to firmware or embedded software systems or computer engineering.

Technically inclined

Able to partner with functional and technical team members.

BONUS previous experience configuring or working with RTLS or RFID products.
