About this Position

This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

 

JOB DETAILS:

Leads engineering team supporting the company’s top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner.

Promotes a culture of learning, collaboration, and personal development.

Mentor team members and support long-term career growth.

Responsible for CapEx and drives continues improvements of the labs and capabilities to be future ready.

Ensures compliance with all company requirements (safety, legal), and relevant industry/customer specifications.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices.

5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5+ engineers/scientist as a direct report.

The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.

Familiarity with FEA, flow modeling CAD and lab automation technologies.
